Users are fully responsible for their accounts, so any activities conducted under their account are considered to originate from the Users themselves. If Users create an Engrasia account using their personal social media account, we have the right to access basic information in that social media account. The type of basic information we access depends on the type of social media account the User uses to register with Engrasia and the need to evaluate and analyze our service performance.
Engrasia is not responsible for any losses caused by incomplete and/or inaccurate information due to Users' negligence in filling out and/or updating data or failure to maintain account information confidentiality.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Our products or services are exclusively available and can only be purchased online through our site. We only sell products with limited available stock and do not accept preorders. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
We strive to display the best quality images so that product details and colors are as accurate as possible according to their original condition. We do not guarantee that Users' computer monitor display settings can accurately show colors. We also do not guarantee that the quality of our products or services will meet Users' expectations.
ORDERS
Buyers are entitled to purchase products in any quantity as long as stock is available. However, Buyers are not allowed to choose the size or color of products other than those available on our site at the time of purchase.
When placing an order, we assume that Buyers have read, understood, and agreed to all product information to be ordered. Please note that we do not provide product exchanges and returns, so please ensure that your desires match the product information listed. Our team always welcomes and is willing to assist if you encounter difficulties in the ordering process.
Buyers must follow all ordering steps according to Engrasia's procedures. Buyers are not allowed to contact product providers without Engrasia's knowledge. Any losses incurred due to conducting one, some, or all ordering steps outside the provided procedures are not our responsibility.
PAYMENT
Engrasia only accepts payments through the specified methods, namely bank transfers and credit cards. If Buyers do not pay according to the available methods, we are not responsible if the payment is not received, resulting in the order not being processed. Additionally, Buyers cannot cancel orders once payment has been received.
Buyers must make payments according to the amount stated on the electronic invoice within a maximum of 24 hours after placing an order. Engrasia has the right to cancel orders if payment funds and confirmation (for those paying via bank transfer) are not received by us within the given time frame.
SHIPPING
Buyers are required to provide detailed and clear shipping address information. Engrasia is not responsible for delivery failures caused by Buyer negligence. If there are changes to the shipping address, please inform our team immediately before the product is packaged for shipment.
We will pack Buyers' ordered products as best as possible and ship them within 24 hours after payment is received (on normal business days). If there is damage and/or loss of goods during the shipping process, the shipping service provider is responsible for it, not Engrasia.
