Are you looking for assurance before shopping and want to experience and see the batik fabric we promote firsthand? We can assist you :)

We accept returns and will refund your payment if you're not satisfied with the batik fabric you've purchased. We've set this policy to provide convenience for customers while prioritizing the well-being of our artisans.

Please ensure you understand the following terms and conditions and also fill out the form. We'll accept returns of batik fabric that doesn't meet your expectations under the following conditions:

1. APPLIES ONLY TO BATIK FABRICS PRICED AT 1 MILLION AND ABOVE


2. MAXIMUM OF 1 BATIK FABRIC RETURNED AT A TIME AND CANNOT BE DONE MORE THAN ONCE WITHIN THE LAST 30 DAYS
While the batik fabric is in your possession, it can't be ordered by other customers. Imagine if many fabrics couldn't be ordered by other customers and eventually weren't purchased - it would be a loss for our artisans.

3. 100% REFUND OR EXCHANGE ONLY APPLIES TO PAYMENTS VIA BANK TRANSFER TO BCA/MANDIRI BANKS.


4. FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS, A 5% ADMIN FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND


5. NO SIGNS OF USE
If our batik fabric is returned with signs of use, we can't refund your payment, and the craft will be returned to you.

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER
We want this return policy to be used for its intended purpose, which is to help you see and feel the crafts you like firsthand.

7. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE BATIK FABRICS
The batik fabrics we promote are unique, and we can't help artisans resell them if we receive them in defective condition. Please use a reliable shipping service with insurance when sending back our crafts. If we receive our crafts back in a defective condition, we can't refund your payment, and the crafts will be returned to you.

10. YOUR SHIPPING RECEIPT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 3 X 24 HOURS (FROM THE RECEIPT DATE ON THE RECEIPT) AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE CRAFT
We want this return policy to be used for its intended purpose, which is to help you see and feel the crafts you like firsthand. We believe 3 x 24 hours is sufficient for all of us to see and evaluate a craft. We reserve the right to refuse your refund request if we receive the receipt after 3 x 24 hours, and the crafts will be returned to you.

11. REFUNDS APPLY ONLY TO DOMESTIC PURCHASES
International buyers can still exchange crafts for other crafts of equal or greater value. Exchange shipping costs to and from us are borne by the buyer.

12. HAVE FILLED OUT THE FORM BELOW AND RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM US
We will follow up after you fill out the form below and ensure you understand and agree to meet all the above conditions.

13. PT. ENGRASIA BAGI INDONESIA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT RETURN REQUESTS FOR ANY REASON THAT IS DEEMED TO EXPLOIT THE FREEDOM OF THIS CRAFT & REFUND RETURN POLICY


Return Procedure:

After we receive our crafts back, our team will check the quality within 3 x 24 hours to ensure all the above conditions are met.
After the checking phase, our team will contact you again with the decision.
The refund process (purchase points/transfer) or return shipping will be done within 7 x 24 hours.
